How to Make Monkey Bread Recipe ?
Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the coating:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, warm milk, warm water, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.
